These are Red Tiger watermelons with seeds, and we need to be completely honest with you: some are a little ugly on the inside and may have hollow sections or gaps through the middle.
But the flavour? Oh boy!
They are some of the sweetest, juiciest and tastiest watermelons we have eaten. They may not win a beauty competition, but they certainly deliver where it matters, taste and nutrition!

The low price reflects the hollow sections, so you’re not paying premium prices for an imperfect-looking melon.
You may need to get a little creative when cutting them. Perfect watermelon triangles might be difficult, but chunky pieces, fruit salad, juice, smoothies or frozen watermelon treats will work beautifully.
You can use them as a great opportunity to teach the kids that fruit doesn’t need to look perfect to taste incredible or simply cut them into chunks and hide the evidence! 😂
To be completely upfront:
If you want a perfectly shaped, picture-perfect watermelon, these probably aren’t for you.
But if you want something sweet, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth and absolutely delicious, give them a chance.
You might even cut open a perfect one, but our best guess is that many will be wonderfully ugly and incredibly tasty. ❤️🍉
