At Tablelands to Tabletop, we take great pride in providing fresh, high-quality produce and packaged goods. If something isn't quite right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have up to 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in its original condition (for packaged goods: unopened, with tags, and in original packaging).

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, fresh fruit & vegetables cannot be returned. However, if your produce arrives damaged in transport or is not up to standard, we will offer a refund or replacement.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Your produce is damaged or spoiled.

You receive the wrong items.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (fresh fruit & vegetables) are non-returnable, but we will refund or replace damaged or poor-quality produce.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the best way is to request a return for your original purchase, and once accepted, place a new order.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return request, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved:

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
