Tomatoe & Avocado Crackers

Receipe for 1 or 2 this dish is easy & takes 10 minutes to prepare & no cooking involved!
1 small ripe avocado
1 small tomato
1 handful of microgreens
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Simply mash the avocado and spread on crackers, slice tomatoes & place on top followed by microgreens & worcestershire sauce.
Add a good pinch of Himalayan Salt & Pepper to taste.
