Easy Air Fryer Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes

A simple and tasty side dish
These air fried potatoes and sweet potatoes are quick, easy, and make the perfect side for lunch or dinner. Leave the skin on for extra texture, or peel them if you prefer. Toss them in oil, pop them in the air fryer, and cook until golden and done to your liking.

2–4 as a side
Ingredients

Potatoes

Sweet potatoes

Olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste
Method

Peel the potatoes and sweet potatoes if you prefer, or leave the skin on for extra texture.

Cut them into chips, wedges, or bite-sized pieces.

Place them into a bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper.

Toss well so everything is evenly coated.

Place the potatoes and sweet potatoes into the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible.

Cook until golden and crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, shaking or turning halfway through.

Serve hot.
