Salmon, Vegetables & Salads - Keto Friendly

Receipe for 1 keto style, this dish is easy & takes 15 minutes to prepare & cook.
Ingredients:
100g Salmon60g Sweet Potato
40g Red Capsicum
2 large handfuls Spinach
2 tbsp sour cream
50g avocado
1/4 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
Fry salmon with coconut oil in a pan until cooked add thinly slice vegetable into your pan & lightly fry. Serve up on a plate spinach, sliced avocado, your salmon & vegetables. Then top with sour cream.
Add a good pinch of Himalayan Salt & Pepper to taste.
