Easy Homemade Crepes

These homemade crepes are light, soft, and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet treat. Serve them folded or rolled, then top with fresh blueberries, sliced banana, a dollop of cream, and a drizzle of honey for a simple and delicious finish.

Ingredients

1 cup plain flour

2 eggs
-
1 1/2 cups milk

1 tablespoon melted butter
-
1 tablespoon sugar
-
A pinch of salt

Butter, for cooking
To Serve

Blueberries
-
Banana, sliced
-
Fresh cream
-
Honey
Method

In a bowl, add the plain flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt.

Whisk until the batter is smooth and runny.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.

Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and quickly swirl it around to create a thin crepe.

Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges begin to lift and the underside is lightly golden.

Flip and cook the other side for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the crepes warm with blueberries, sliced banana, cream, and a drizzle of honey.
