Hearty Beef & Bone Broth Soup - Keto Friendly

Receipe for 1 keto style, this dish is easy & takes 15 minutes to prepare & cook.
80g Beef mince
2 large handfuls spinach
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 Small clove garlic
2 cups bone broth (see our homemade recipe)
Fry in a pot vegetables until cooked, add mince & garlic & cook well. Add 2 cups bone broth & spinach, stir & let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add a good pinch of Himalayan Salt & Pepper to taste.
