Whipping up this healthy homemade granola recipe is super quick. It allows you to control the amount of sugar and to swap out ingredients to changing things up and adding in the flavors you love. 
INGREDIENTS》
1 cup almonds, sliced
1 cup macadamias, chopped
3tbs protein power
3Tbs pepitas
3 TBs chia seeds
1tsp cinnamon, ground
2tps vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg white
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
3tbs pure maple syrup
1 cup unsweetened coconut, flakes
1 cup freeze dried Berries.
INSTRUCTIONS》
Preheat oven to 190°c, line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix together almonds, macadamias, pepitas, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt.
In a separate bowl beat egg white until foamy then stir into dry ingredients. Add coconut oil and maple Syrup. and stir until everything is well coated. Pour onto prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden, gently stirring halfway through. Let cool completely, gently break into small pieces if you like a crumbley granola. 
Add coconut flakes and freeze dried berries. Store in airtight container.
Best served with fresh fruit and yoghurt.
