Cucumber & Salmon Salad Keto Friendly

Receipe for 1 keto style, this dish is easy & takes 15 minutes to prepare & cook.
Ingredients:
100g Salmon
100g Cucumber
2 large handfuls leafy salad
4 tbsp Sour Cream
1 tsp coconut oil
Directions:
Slice & fry salmon in a pan with coconut oil, once cooked to liking serve up on a bed of leafy salad, cucumbers & top with sour cream.
Add a good pinch of Himalayan Salt & Pepper to taste.
