Mustard Chicken & Goats Cheese Salad - Keto Friendly

Receipe for 1 keto style, this dish is easy & takes 15 minutes to prepare & cook.
1tsp seeded mustard (optional)
1tsp mustard (optional)
60g Sweet Potato
40g Pumpkin (raw)
2 large handfuls leafy salad
40g Goats Cheese
1/4 tsp coconut oil
Thinly slice sweet potatoes & fry in pan until cooked to liking with coconut oil, then add mustards & chicken & fry until cooked. Plate up leafy salad, sliced avocado & pumpkin. Add cooked chicken & sweet potatoes, then sprinkle goats cheese over the top.
Add a good pinch of Himalayan Salt & Pepper to taste.
