Chicken Dish - Keto Friendly

Receipe for 1 keto style, this dish is easy & takes 15 minutes to prepare & cook.
1 Small Clove garlic
2 large handfuls leafy salad
2 tbsp Sour cream
Mixed herbs & spices
1/4 tbsp coconut oil
Thinly slice chicken & throw into a pan with coconut oil, minced garlic, herbs & spices - fry all until almost cooked. Throw in onion & capsicum thinly sliced, cook all together.
Mash avocado & seve up on a plate with sour cream and then add your cooked chicken & vegetables.
Add a good pinch of Himalayan Salt & Pepper to taste.
