Cheesy Garlic Bugs

Creamy Garlic Morton Bay Bugs by T2T

Ingredients:
1kg Morton Bay Bugs
1tbsp butter
1/4 cup cream
1tsp crushed garlic
1/4 cup cheese

Directions:

Wash, clean morton bay bugs & cut in half with a sharp knife. Place bugs onto a baking dish, spoon straight onto the flesh of the bugs butter & garlic, then poor over cream & sprinkle cheese.

Place into the oven at 220° and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked. 

Serve up onto a plate, add salt & pepper and sprinkle over garlic chives.
