Bone Broth Keto Friendly
Way back in the 1800 they would boil up this goodness. What is it good for?
It's very helpful for skin health due to the callagen protein which helps with anti-aging, strengthens nails & makes your hair grow & be shiny.
Great for gut health as improves digestion & conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease and leaky gut syndrome.
Perfect for your immune system & fighting colds.
Has Calcium & Magnesium two great things for your teeth & bones.
My favourite & why I'm boiling this goodness up is it will helps with my weightloss as it promotes a healthy metabolism. I'm intermediate fasting 14/10 so I only eat in a 10 hour window & fast for 14 hours (a lot of that time I'm sleeping so it's fairly easy to do).
Way better than Gatorade & other sports drinks for hydration - high in minerals minus those crap sugars found in sports drinks.
Great for muscle building, improving your mood, perfect to drink during pregnancy & improves sleep.
Bones - any kind (I used Marrow Bones)
3 litres water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp himalayan salt
2 wedges lemons
2 twigs of rosemary
Throw all in a large pot, bring to boil and then turn down & simmer for 10 hours. Once done, let cool & strain broth. Store in the fridge or freezer for later use.
